Return And Refund Policy
- We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your Buzzbit purchase, you may return within the first 7 days of receiving the parcel. *T&C Apply
- Returns 7 days from date received will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for shipping, handling and insurance cost related to returning the item.
- All returns must be in their original condition, unused and untampered and accompanied with the original packaging including all original accessories and/or FOC items which accompanied by the original shipment.
- Returns for Samsung mobiles & tablets must be sealed, unused and untampered and is accompanied with the original packaging including all original accessories and/or FOC items which accompanied by the original shipment.
Buyer must notify us of the returned items, along with a tracking number, order number & invoice number.
- Damage claims depends on the damage during delivery. One to one exchange only applicable to total loss damage. Other than that, item will be repaired by the respective Manufacturer.
- We will only refund the product cost. Shipping & insurance fee and handling fee is excluded from refund.
- Our management reserves the right not to provide you a refund or exchange if any of the conditions is not met.
- Software issue are not entitle for exchange.
